Introduction

Join us for a practical taster session to learn about the natural movement approach to health, wellbeing and physical literacy.

The morning will give you a chance to rediscover authentic movement, the way you were designed and in the places you were designed to move in.

It is an easy, safe, fun and social way to sample the basics of natural movement where everyone is welcomed regardless of level or background and a generous helping of nature bathing.

FAQ's
What happens if it is bad weather?
We are designed to move and interact in nature, whatever it throws at us! Unless the conditions are considered too extreme i.e. a storm we will run. Generally, we follow the advice by the emergency organisations and you will be contacted prior to the event should it be deemed unsafe. Should this be the case you will be issued a refund or a space on another date.
Im not very fit or confident, is it right for me?
Yes, absolutely! Our approach is supportive and designed to reveal how you can move well. The session is skills-based, as such there is no entry-level fitness requirement, it is for everyone and anyone. There is no pressure to take part in the practical's, you are very welcome to just come, listen and watch.
I have a long term injury, can I still take part?
Yes, we can adapt everything around your injury. Even if you don't take part in the skills practical's you will still gain immensely from the session.
Can I still do other types of training?
Yes! Natural movement skills training is the perfect partner alongside more specialist forms of training. It can help counter the repetitive motions of specialist training helping you be more balanced, while the foundational skills will actually help enhance your performance.
I have a disability, can I still join in?
